The friendly and professional team of four includes Karen, Shona and Julie who are kept busy with day-to-day contact with customers, setting up accounts, placing orders and compiling reports, whilst Aggy concentrates on bespoke projects, overseeing designs and liaising closely with both customers and the sales team.
